Talton is a member of the Braves’ grounds crew, and was a track star in high school who continued to run in college at both Iowa Wesleyan and Shorter universities.
“Beat The Freeze” is a race from foul pole to foul pole between a random Braves fan and Talton, who has to chase down the fan who gets a 200-foot head start.
